Michelle Famula, Judy Higgerson, Kathleen Stack, and Faye Gee-Smith welcomed five new members at our 2nd Membership Tea.
- Davis: Cindy Norris and Jill Pickett
- Knights Landing: Kelley Falk
- Woodland: Jenny Slack and Nancy Kaufman
All were interested in civic engagement at the local level.

Michelle presented a PowerPoint about the League’s mission, some history about the formation of the League and about our merger, plus the 2025-2026 Program plan recently adopted by the LWVYC membership at the June annual meeting.
The general vibe was positive and motivating for all. We appreciate that a couple of these members aren’t retired yet!
