The Yolo County League of Women Voters believes that every eligible voter must have the right, opportunity, desire, knowledge, and confidence to raise their voice and cast their ballot.

In 2026, we are seeking to make our vision a reality in all corners of our county
…. and in all voter communities.

The Yolo County League of Women Voters is your local voter participation champion, and we are looking to you to help support our work.

Today, we launch the 2026 LWV of Yolo County Outreach Fundraising Campaign to raise $5,000 to reach our youth, rural and low-participation voters in our county.

With your support, our local Yolo County League members can deliver trusted ballot information to rural communities, youth groups, and those eligible voters who have not voted in the past. Your dollars will also allow us to partner with those who best know their own community’s needs and are committed to seeing those needs become governing priorities.

Our League does not endorse candidates.
Our League does not favor parties.
The League’s nonpartisan efforts do champion representation that serves voters.

We advocate for voter access and election integrity. We offer objective information on ballot issues. We help communities come together to raise their voices and be heard.

Voter turnout is critical in all elections. The League educates and guides community members to understand important questions and proposals. We aim to ensure the voice of the community is heard and that all votes count.

When voters know how, when and where to vote – they vote.
When voters know why to vote and what is at stake – they vote.
When voters get trusted, non-partisan, reliable information – they vote.

We appreciate past support of our candidate forums, our ballot education presentations, and our speaker events. Can we now look to you to support our efforts to get our messages out to communities seldom represented with nonpartisan information that inspires active, knowledgeable and enthusiastic voter participation?
